While we make every effort to ensure the live tour portion is streamed in real time, please note the following: Live Tour Contingency: In the rare event that a livestream is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances—such as poor internet connection, unexpected site closures, or other technical difficulties—a high-quality pre-recorded video tour will be shown instead. This ensures the continuity and richness of your experience. No Refunds for Streaming Substitutions: Because we commit to delivering the full virtual journey, including live or recorded visuals, interactive elements, and self-care components, bookings are non-refundable should a livestream need to be replaced with a recorded tour.
